The California Association of Clerks and Election Offices is holding our 111th Annual Conference at the Key dates:
Hotel Reservation Information: The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport located at 1333 Bayshore Highway, Burlingame, CA 94010. The Hyatt is conveniently situated between downtown San Francisco and near Silicon Valley. It is the perfect starting point for exploring the Bay Area. Our group rate: Standard @ $179 Single/Double. Group rates are offered 3 days pre/post conference, based upon availability. Complimentary Guestroom wired or wireless internet. Reservations can be made online at: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/SFOBU/G-CACE If you need additional assistance, please contact Hyatt at 877-803-7534, reference CACEO. If the group rate is no longer available, prevailing rates may be offered for some or all of your dates. Reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hyatt will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of these methods. If you are unable to use your room reservations please do not cancel directly with the hotel. Doing so then puts that room back into general inventory and is no longer available at the contracted group rate. Please email Conference Coordinator who will transfer the reservation to another attendee as needed. If you are unable to secure a room at the group rate, email Conference Coordinator to get on a waiting list for any transfers that become available. Conference Coordinator gives no guarantee that a group rate room will become available so it is necessary to have a “Plan B” back-up as well.
